1. Passenger Services
As a frontline representative, you will ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers.
* Responsibilities: Provide support at check-in counters, boarding gates, and lost-and-found desks; assist passengers with special needs and unaccompanied minors; maintain comprehensive knowledge of airline policies.
* Requirements: Male/Female under 30; height min. 168 cm (male) and 158 cm (female); High School diploma; excellent grooming; fluent English; available for shift work.
2. Baggage Services
You will ensure the integrity and efficient movement of passenger luggage.
* Responsibilities: Manage baggage based on loading plans; ensure accurate tracking and tagging; monitor handling equipment; prioritize safety and security.
* Requirements: Male/Female under 30; High School diploma; strong customer orientation; good English proficiency; team-oriented; available for shift work.
3. Aircraft Interior Cleaning
You will be responsible for maintaining the hygiene and presentation of the cabin to meet international standards.
* Responsibilities: Clean seats, galleys, and lavatories; restock supplies; ensure rapid turnaround times; strictly follow aviation hygiene protocols.
* Requirements: Max age 30; good physical and mental health; neat appearance; High School diploma; available for shift work.
4. GSE Operator

* Responsibilities: Supervise loading/unloading; verify weight and balance according to manual specifications; secure ULDs; coordinate with flight crews and ramp teams.

6. Aviation Security (AVSEC)
Protect passengers, crew, and assets by maintaining high-level security standards.
* Responsibilities: Enforce security SOPs; monitor passengers and baggage; inspect restricted areas; maintain patrol and surveillance.
* Requirements: Male/Female under 30; min. height 170 cm (male) and 160 cm (female); must hold a valid Basic AVSEC license; no visible tattoos or piercings; must provide a clean Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
7. Flight Coordinator
