## Job Responsibilities
As a Health & Safety Officer, you will play a vital role in safeguarding personnel, assets, and operational workflows. Your primary duties will encompass:
* Program Execution & Compliance: Implement and report all occupational health and safety (K3) initiatives in strict alignment with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and corporate governance regulations.
* Hazard Identification & Risk Control: Conduct thorough risk assessments, hazard identifications, safety inspections, and operational supervisions to prevent workplace accidents, occupational illnesses, fires, and explosions.
* Emergency Response & Mitigation: Execute swift corrective and preventive actions in the event of workplace incidents, injuries, or hazardous occurrences, followed by comprehensive incident reporting.
* Performance Measurement: Evaluate safety metrics, track realization rates, and draft actionable proposals to elevate the organization's overall health and safety standards.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal and external partners regarding safety audits, regulatory testing (fire extinguishers, generators, lightning rods), and compliance reporting.
* Training & Awareness: Educate and monitor business tenants within the industrial zone on best practices for health and safety implementation.
* System Alignment: Ensure that department objectives align seamlessly with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Integrated Management Systems, encompassing quality objectives, anti-bribery measures, and K3 protocols.
* Continuous Improvement: Propose strategic evaluations and innovative developments to leadership for ongoing operational refinement.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following educational and professional criteria:
* Education: Hold at least a Bachelor's degree (S1) or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or Public Health.
* Experience: Bring a minimum of 2 years of hands-on professional experience within the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE/K3) sector.
* Communication: Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Collaboration: Excel both independently and as a cooperative team player.
* Work Ethic: Display high attention to detail, a proactive mindset, strong initiative, and the ability to deliver exceptional results under tight deadlines.
## Essential Technical Skills and Competencies
Candidates must possess a specialized skill set to effectively manage environmental and safety protocols:
* Certifications: Hold a valid General Occupational Safety and Health Expert certification (Ahli K3 Umum) issued by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia.
* HSE Mastery: Deep proficiency in Health Safety Environment Management, including risk assessment, risk mitigation, management systems, workplace inspections, and compliance reporting.
* Creative Software: Preferred proficiency in design and editing platforms such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, and/or Canva.
* Language Proficiency: Command of the English language with a minimum TOEFL score of 400.
* Digital Literacy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
