Key Qualifications:
* Holds a Bachelor’s or Diploma III degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
* Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar role within the oil and gas sector.
* Comprehensive understanding of tender regulations, bidding documents, and end-to-end tender workflows.

* Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
