## Open Positions at PT. Indoseiki Metalutama
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to fill the following roles at our Jatake Industrial Estate facility:
1. Manufacturing General Manager
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Management.
* Experience: 10–15 years of experience in automotive manufacturing.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and complex problem-solving abilities. Deep expertise in production management, supply chain optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
2. Maintenance Manager
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 10 years in automotive manufacturing machinery maintenance.
* Core Competencies: Proficiency in preventive and corrective maintenance systems, team leadership, and machine care planning. Candidates must be highly analytical and target-oriented.
3. Engineering Staff
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Core Competencies: Proficiency in technical drawing and CAD software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks preferred). A foundational understanding of production machine maintenance and a proactive approach to team tasks.
4. IoT (Internet of Things) Staff
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or Electrical Engineering.
* Core Competencies: Familiarity with IoT concepts, microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32, etc.), and network infrastructure. Experience in sensor integration and monitoring systems is highly valued.
5. Security Personnel
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
Core Competencies: Previous security experience is required (possession of a valid Satpam* certificate is preferred). Candidates must be physically fit, disciplined, possess high integrity, and be prepared to work in a shift rotation.
6. Inventory Audit Admin
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in administrative or inventory roles.
* Core Competencies: Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems. Must possess high attention to detail for accurate stock reporting and inventory reconciliation.
