1. BIM Coordinator/Engineer
This role focuses on integrating Building Information Modeling (BIM) into the project lifecycle to ensure efficient construction delivery.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing ISO 19650-based information, monitoring model production, and executing integrated BIM workflows.
* Technical Requirements: Expertise in Autodesk products, CDE platforms (BIM 360/ACC), Navisworks, and visualization tools like Lumion or Enscape.
* Education & Experience: D3/D4/S1 in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Electrical Engineering with at least 1 year of BIM experience.
* Certification: BIM-related certification (software/information management) or SKK BIM.
2. Quantity Surveyor
The Quantity Surveyor is vital for financial accuracy and efficient resource management throughout the construction phase.
* Key Responsibilities: Performing volume calculations, quantity take-offs, RAB preparation, and BIM-based progress evaluation.
* Technical Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Cubicost is mandatory.
* Education & Experience: D3/D4/S1 in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 1 year of experience in building construction.
3. Scheduler
Schedulers are responsible for the meticulous planning and control of project timelines and resource allocation.
* Key Responsibilities: Implementing project management frameworks and ensuring precise resource synchronization.
* Technical Requirements: Advanced skills in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
* Education & Experience: D3/D4/S1 in Civil Engineering with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
4. Mechanical Engineering
This position is tailored for professionals specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems for complex developments.
* Key Responsibilities: Developing RAB and unit price analysis, evaluating MEP system designs, and coordinating across multidisciplinary teams and vendors.
* Technical Requirements: Proficiency in AutoCAD and deep understanding of high-rise MEP systems.
* Education & Experience: S1 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in high-rise building or hospital projects.
