## Role Overview: Production Operator – FCT (Functional Circuit Test) Fusebox
As a Production Operator specializing in Functional Circuit Testing for fuseboxes, you will play a vital role on our manufacturing floor. Your daily contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver flawless, high-performance automotive components to our global clientele.
Core Responsibilities
To ensure seamless production flow and maintain our rigorous quality standards, the selected candidate will handle the following duties:
* Machine Operation: Safely and accurately operate Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production line machinery.
* Line Changeovers: Manage line transitions efficiently during product type changes, ensuring continuous replenishment of materials and components to meet daily production quotas.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct routine inspections of printed circuit board (PCB) printing and component assembly to intercept and prevent defective items.
* Basic Troubleshooting: Perform initial diagnostics and minor troubleshooting when equipment encounters operational errors or minor faults.
* Preventive Maintenance: Assist in executing scheduled routine maintenance procedures to prolong machine lifespan and minimize downtime.
* Workplace Organization: Uphold the 6S methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety) across the work area and production line.
* Additional Duties: Support supervisors and team leaders by following supplementary work instructions and executing ad-hoc operational tasks as needed.
