## Job Responsibilities
As a Recruiter at Hi-Cook Indonesia, you will be instrumental in identifying and securing top talent to support our growing business needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the entire hiring cycle, from initial screening and sourcing to final onboarding.
* Psychological Assessments: Administering, evaluating, and scoring psychological tests to ensure the best cultural and professional fit.
* Behavioral Interviewing: Conducting high-quality candidate interviews using Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) techniques to assess core competencies.
* Reporting: Preparing and maintaining accurate daily recruitment reports to track KPIs and hiring progress.
## Candidate Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we are seeking candidates who possess the right blend of educational background and practical expertise:
1. Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology.
2. Experience: At least one year of professional experience in a dedicated recruitment role.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in administering and interpreting psychological testing instruments.
4. Work Arrangement: Willingness to work fully on-site (Full WFO) at our office in West Jakarta.
