## Management Trainee: Heavy Equipment Business Consultant
We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our Management Trainee (MT) program, specifically designed to cultivate the next generation of Heavy Equipment Business Consultants. This role offers an intensive learning path for those ready to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Core Qualifications
To be considered for this program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Management, Economics, Business, Communication, Mining, Mechanical Engineering, Forestry, Agribusiness, or other relevant fields.
* Experience Level: Applications from fresh graduates are highly encouraged.
