## Current Available Positions
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to fill the following roles across our Head Office in Jakarta and our various mining sites.
Management and Supervisory Roles
1. Superintendent SCM: Manage supply chain flows, procurement, and material logistics to ensure operational efficiency.
2. Superintendent Finance: Oversee financial planning, budget compliance, and strategic resource allocation.
3. Supervisor Cost Control: Analyze financial data and manage project budgets to drive cost-effectiveness.
4. Supervisor Mineplan Engineer: Lead mine planning activities, optimizing extraction strategies using advanced software.
5. Supervisor SHE: Enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols to maintain a zero-incident work culture.
6. Maintenance Planner: Schedule heavy equipment maintenance and operational resources to minimize downtime.
Administrative and Technical Support
* Finance & Accounting Staff: Assist with financial reporting, tax compliance, and daily administrative operations.
* Foreman Production: Supervise daily output and team performance to meet production targets.
* Foreman Fuel: Manage fuel distribution systems and ensure efficient stock management.
* Mechanic A2B/DT: Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on heavy equipment units like Komatsu, Sany, and Caterpillar.
* Auto Electrician: Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, AC, and wiring for heavy machinery.
* Tyreman: Inspect and maintain mining vehicle tires to ensure safety and performance.
* Dispatch: Coordinate logistics and transportation schedules for seamless site operations.
* Surveyor: Conduct topographic mapping and land development measurements.
* Welder: Execute high-quality structural repairs on mining equipment (BNSP certification required).
Heavy Equipment Operators
We are seeking experienced operators for the following units. Candidates for these roles must hold an active SIM B2/B2 Umum license and preferably possess an SIO certification.
* Operator Excavator: Small (20–50 ton) and large (80 ton) units.
* Operator Grader: Road maintenance and leveling.
* Operator Dozer: D6 and D85 units.
* Operator LGMG/SKT: Wheel loader operations.
* Operator Compactor: Soil and surface stabilization.
* Operator Dump Truck: Hino 500/700 series material haulage.
* Operator Water Truck: Dust suppression and site maintenance.
* Operator ADT: Articulated Dump Truck haulage.
* Operator Fuel & Lube Truck: Specialized fluid distribution and equipment servicing.
* Driver Manhaul: Safe transport of personnel to and from mining sites.
## General Requirements and Application Process
Candidates should possess the relevant educational background (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree for staff/supervisor roles; SMA/SMK for operator/technical roles) and at least 2–3 years of experience in the mining sector.
