## Open Position: WWTP & WTP Operator
Haldin is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our production support team as a Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Operator. This role is essential to maintaining the environmental integrity and operational efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
Core Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all water treatment systems function at peak performance. Key duties include:
* Operational Monitoring: Continuously monitoring the WWTP and WTP systems to ensure optimal performance.
* Routine Inspections: Performing regular checks on pumps, tanks, machinery, and all supporting utility infrastructure.
* Quality Assurance: Verifying that treated water consistently meets internal quality standards and strict regulatory compliance.
* Data Management: Accurately logging operational parameters and preparing detailed daily performance reports.
* Chemical Management: Administering chemical dosing according to established standard operating procedures.
* Site Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized work environment and performing routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
* Collaborative Support: Working closely with the Maintenance department to troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions promptly.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the technical aptitude and discipline to uphold our high standards. Applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum of a vocational high school (SMK) diploma or a D3 degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as a WWTP/WTP operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred. High-performing fresh graduates with strong foundational knowledge in water treatment are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Expertise: Proficiency in WTP and WWTP processes, including the operation of filters, dosing pumps, and water quality testing equipment.
* Knowledge Base: Familiarity with water treatment chemical applications and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols.
* Professional Attributes: A strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Availability: Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule.
