Following the remarkable success of our inaugural Management Trainee program, which saw 25 participants transition into key leadership roles, Green Energi Utama is officially opening applications for Batch 2. Candidate Requirements
To ensure we cultivate the next generation of leaders, we look for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK). Preference is given to those with backgrounds in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.5 is required for degree holders.
* Language Proficiency: A TOEFL/TOEIC certificate with a minimum score of 500 is a significant advantage for university graduates. Strong English communication skills are highly valued for all applicants.
* Soft Skills: Proven ability in public speaking, active communication, and high energy.
* Leadership: Demonstrated experience in extracurricular or campus organizations.
* Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed in any of our company’s development areas.
* Bonus Qualifications: Fluency in Japanese or Dutch is highly regarded and will be considered an added value.
