## Job Role Overview: Head Human Capital & General Affair
We are currently seeking a strategic, results-driven Head of Human Capital & General Affair to oversee our organizational development, workforce management, and general operational support. In this leadership role, you will be instrumental in shaping our corporate culture, driving talent acquisition, and aligning HR strategies with our long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Formulate and execute comprehensive Human Capital and General Affair strategies aligned with company growth goals.
* Oversee full-cycle talent management, including recruitment, performance evaluation, employee relations, and professional development.
* Streamline HR operational workflows and administrative processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
* Provide expert guidance to executive leadership on labor regulations, compliance, and change management.
* Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture across all company sites.
Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this leadership position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a relevant Human Capital / Human Resources discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 5 years of proven working experience operating as an HR Generalist or in a senior HR leadership capacity.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical thinking capabilities coupled with a strong aptitude for strategic execution.
* Mindset: A fast learner with a genuine curiosity and passion for continuous improvement and discovering new concepts.
* Leadership & Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to build, collaborate with, and lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
* Work Location: Willingness to be based permanently at our facility in Bogor, West Java (Gunung Putri / Citeureup area).
