## Open Positions and Requirements
Engineering and Technical Roles
* Plant Engineer (Head Office/Site): Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience. You will oversee technical modifications, equipment performance analysis, and machine health monitoring.
* Senior Mechanic: Must be a male aged 30–40 with at least 5 years of experience handling heavy equipment. BMC certification is highly preferred.
* Maintenance Planner: Requires an SMK/D3 degree in Mechanical Engineering and 1 year of experience in scheduling. Proficiency in MS Excel or CMMS is essential.
* Supervisor Maintenance: Requires a minimum of 3 years as a Plant Supervisor. You will oversee repair workflows, ensure safety compliance, and manage workshop logistics. POP certification is preferred.
* Foreman Mechanic: Requires at least 2 years of experience in mining. Must hold a POP certification and have a deep understanding of heavy equipment maintenance and repair. (Placement: South Sumatra).
Production and Operational Roles
* Foreman Production: Male, aged 30–40, with 3 years of experience as a Production Foreman. Must hold a POP certification and possess strong leadership capabilities. (Placement: South Sumatra).
* Excavator Operator: Minimum 1 year of mining experience. Must hold an active SIO or BII General driver’s license.
* Dump Truck Driver: Minimum 1 year of mining experience. Must hold an active BII General driver’s license and possess experience operating Quester CWE 730 units.
Training and Development
* Trainer Mechanic: Requires 3 years of experience as a trainer in the mining industry. You will develop technical training materials and monitor competency development.
* Trainer Operator: Male, aged 30–40, with 2 years of experience as a heavy equipment trainer. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and field-based training methodologies.
Management and Support Roles
* Plant Superintendent: Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for overall site equipment availability, team leadership, and process optimization. POP certification is required.
* HC Strategic & Organizational Development: Requires a degree in Psychology or HR and 3 years of experience. Focus areas include talent management, performance systems, and organizational structure analysis. (Placement: Jakarta Head Office).
* Purchasing Officer: Requires a D3 degree and 2 years of experience in procurement. Must demonstrate strong negotiation skills and technical knowledge of industrial supplies.
