Core Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be integral to the company’s ongoing success, with responsibilities including:
* Developing a comprehensive understanding of company-wide operations, workflows, and departmental objectives.
* Managing critical data entry tasks, drafting project reports, and performing technical site analysis.
* Preparing and delivering professional presentations regarding project progress and operational processes.

Candidate Requirements
To qualify for the PMDP, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
2. Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with no more than two years of post-graduation experience.
3. Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
4. Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar engineering software is required; prior understanding of soil improvement techniques is highly advantageous.
5. Soft Skills: Strong leadership potential and clear, effective communication skills.
6. Linguistic Ability: Must be fluent in English.
