## General Requirements for Hajj Cabin Crew
Candidates must meet the following baseline criteria to be eligible for the selection process:
* Must not be pregnant for the duration of the 2026 Hajj flight operations.
* Possess a valid passport with a name consisting of at least three words, valid through March 2027.
* Demonstrate a willingness to undergo rigorous training and adhere to all aviation procedures and assignment protocols.
* Possession of an EASA rating certificate is considered a significant advantage.
## Specialized Cabin Crew Qualifications
To ensure the highest standard of safety and comfort for pilgrims, applicants must meet these specific prerequisites:
* Prior experience as a cabin crew member on regular flights or the 2025 Hajj operations with PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is highly preferred.
* Hold a valid Flight Attendant Certificate (FAC) issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) Indonesia.
* Must possess an aircraft type rating for wide-body jet groups.
## Documentation Checklist
All applicants must prepare the following documents to support their application:
1. Original Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK) at the Polres level.
2. Notarized consent letter from a spouse (if married) or parents (if single) on a Rp 10,000 stamp duty.
3. Copies of marriage certificate or divorce decree.
4. Certificate of marital status from the local sub-district office for unmarried applicants.
5. Copies of the Family Card (KK), Birth Certificate, and ID cards (KTP) of the applicant, spouse, or parents.
6. Complete academic transcripts/diplomas from elementary school through the highest level of education.
7. Letter of release (Lolos Butuh) from the previous employer.
8. Two 4x6 photographs with a red background.
9. For spouses of military or police personnel, a "Persit" permit letter is required.
## Medical Examination Preparation
Candidates moving forward in the selection process must adhere to the following health guidelines:
* Maintain a fast starting from 10:00 PM the night prior to the medical examination, though water intake is permitted.
* Ensure at least six hours of restful sleep before the examination.
* Avoid diets high in fats, carbohydrates, and uric acid for one week leading up to the test.
* Carry necessary vision aids, such as glasses or contact lenses, and a valid national ID card (KTP).
