H3: 1. Workshop Head (Kepala Bengkel)
The Workshop Head will oversee daily maintenance operations, manage team performance, and ensure all company vehicles and heavy equipment remain in peak operational condition.
H4: Key Qualifications:
* Holds a minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Brings at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a workshop or maintenance environment.
* Possesses deep knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as troubleshooting techniques for vehicles and heavy machinery.
* Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities and the ability to coordinate a team of mechanics effectively.
* Familiar with occupational health and safety (K3) standards and workshop administration protocols.
* Maintains an analytical mindset, high discipline, and a strong results-oriented work ethic.
* Capable of driving and operating trucks with a solid understanding of basic operational mechanics.
* Willing to be placed at any of the company's workshop locations.
H3: 2. Heavy Equipment Mechanic (Mekanik)
The Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing our fleet to guarantee maximum uptime and safety on project sites.
H4: Key Qualifications:
* Completed a minimum of vocational high school (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience working as a mechanic on heavy vehicles, specifically Dump Trucks and/or Truck Mixers.
* Comprehensive understanding of diesel engine systems, transmissions, braking mechanisms, and heavy vehicle components.
* Proficient in performing inspections, fault diagnosis, routine maintenance, and complex repairs.
* Skilled in utilizing specialized tools and diagnostic equipment while accurately identifying spare part requirements.
* Well-versed in occupational safety procedures (K3) and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Detail-oriented, collaborative team player with a high sense of responsibility.
