## Production Operator

## Quality Control (QC) Technician

Primary Duties
* Sample Management: Prioritize, organize, and test incoming samples in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Sensory Evaluation: Lead and participate in daily sensory sessions to evaluate the quality of both raw materials and finished flavors.
* Lab Maintenance: Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated and verified, while managing the inventory of essential reagents and supplies.
* Data Integrity: Maintain accurate documentation and utilize internal systems to track analytical results and quality dispositions.
Essential Requirements
* Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Food Science.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation such as GC, NMR, DSC, and titration.
* Added Advantages: Knowledge of LIMS, SAP, LEAN Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies.
