MT – Finance & Accounting (FAA)
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who possess the analytical prowess to manage our financial health and internal controls.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (max. age 24) or Master’s degree (max. age 26) in Accounting.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Experience: Fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience in Finance or Accounting.
* Key Competencies: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong logical and analytical thinking, and proven leadership capability.
* Soft Skills: Must be assertive, communicative, and have an active history in organizational participation.
MT – Sales (SALES)
For those who thrive on challenges and possess a strategic mindset, our Sales track offers the perfect environment to master market penetration and brand growth.
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any major (Marketing graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
* Age: Maximum 26 years old.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Experience: Fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience in Sales.
* Key Competencies: Proactive approach, creative problem-solving, strong communication skills, and an active background in organizations.
* Additional Preference: Possession of a valid SIM A or SIM C driver’s license.
