We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to join our operations team. As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. Core Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Conduct daily surveillance rounds, record critical parameters, and ensure all production facilities function within their designated operating envelopes.
* Safety Leadership: Act as a reliable member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT), manage work permits, and perform thorough hazard identification and mitigation (JSA).
* Incident Prevention: Monitor safety devices, enforce "Stop Work" authority when unsafe acts occur, and provide first-line control during system deviations.
* Facility Maintenance: Perform equipment isolation, drainage, and purging, while ensuring that inventory levels for critical resources—such as nitrogen, ammonia, and fuel—remain replenished.
* Professional Development: Participate in ongoing competency assessments, mentor peers, and contribute to the review of operating procedures to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate a blend of technical competence and strong interpersonal skills:
* Education: A minimum of an Associate Degree (D3) or equivalent technical certification.
* Experience: At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in well operations, crude oil processing, or comparable production environments.
* Technical Proficiency: A deep understanding of oil and gas processing, safety certifications, and standard operating procedures.
