## General Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates must meet the specific criteria tailored to each role to ensure a strong alignment with company standards:
* Educational Background: Possession of at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant discipline.
* Technical Proficiency for Senior Programmer: Demonstrated expertise utilizing GIT tools alongside software competencies in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
* Mid-to-Senior Experience (Roles 3–5): A minimum of 5 years of verified professional experience in a comparable role within an EPC or Oil and Gas environment.
* Junior-to-Mid Experience (Roles 6–7): At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar capacity within the EPC or Oil and Gas sectors.
* Leadership Experience (Project Manager): Not less than 10 years of extensive operational background within the mining industry.
* Software Mastery: Complete fluency in specialized software applications pertinent to the specific job function.
* Availability: Prepared to mobilize and join the team on short notice (a transition period of less than one month).
