## Available Positions
We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill the following roles to support our expanding operations:
1. HRD Staff
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to support our human capital initiatives.
* Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Possess 1–2 years of professional experience in an HR or administrative capacity.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on complex Excel formulas.
* Working knowledge of BPJS regulations, attendance management, and overtime processing is highly advantageous.
* Must be available to commence work by early August 2023.
2. Cost Control Specialist
We require an experienced professional to oversee project financial integrity and resource allocation.
* A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an EPCI or construction environment, specifically as an Estimator or Cost Controller.
* Proven ability to develop comprehensive cost plans, project schedules, and financial reports.
* Hands-on experience with project management software; proficiency in MS Project or Primavera is considered a significant advantage.
* Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
* Must be willing to be based at our Head Office in North Jakarta.
