We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Production Operator to join our team in Kendal. This role is integral to our production workflows, requiring a candidate who is focused on efficiency, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will be expected to manage production cycles and ensure that all outputs meet our high-quality benchmarks. Your daily duties will include:
* Inventory Oversight: Monitoring and ensuring the consistent availability of finished goods to meet operational demand.
* Efficiency Optimization: Managing production processes and maximizing the utility of all machinery and technical equipment.
* Product Scaling: Managing the technical process of product upscaling while maintaining operational integrity.
* Compliance: Ensuring all production systems strictly adhere to established quality procedures, operational work plans, and standardized instructions.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Educational Background: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate or equivalent, specifically majoring in Industrial Chemistry or General Chemistry.
* Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding and working knowledge of fractionation and distillation processes.
* Location: Willing to be stationed in Kendal.
