## Open Position: LNG Sales Contract Operation Officer
We are currently looking for a dedicated professional to fill the role of LNG Sales Contract Operation Officer. This position is essential for maintaining our commercial commitments and ensuring the smooth delivery of energy products to our global partners.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with high-level commercial and logistical operations, including:
* Annual Delivery Program (ADP) Development: Compiling necessary data and schedules to ensure timely delivery projections and supporting efficient negotiation processes.
* Contract Management: Coordinating and negotiating with buyers to ensure the effective implementation of LNG Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), including price adjustments and contractual amendments.
* Logistical Coordination: Preparing and managing all documentation related to cargo shipments, including port authority permits and unloading instructions, to guarantee seamless transit.
* Inventory Management: Developing weekly inventory management plans, coordinating with field personnel, and scheduling shipments to proactively address future supply needs.
* Commercial Documentation: Calculating cargo billings based on the Japanese Crude Cocktail (JCC) to safeguard DSLNG’s commercial interests.
* Spot Cargo and Vessel Chartering: Implementing spot cargo agreements and managing ship chartering programs to ensure optimal vessel availability.
* Reporting and Budgeting: Generating accurate internal and external management reports and overseeing the marketing and sales department budget to ensure fiscal compliance.
Professional Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Economics is highly preferred.
* Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant work experience in commercial roles within the oil and gas industry is required.
* Employment Terms: This is a permanent position subject to a three-month probationary period.
