## Position Available: Assistant Sortasi
As an Assistant Sortasi, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our production processes by ensuring that the quality of our Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) meets our rigorous corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will revolve around operational excellence and quality control at our mills:
* Operational Oversight: Manage and supervise daily grading operations within the palm oil mill (PKS).
* Quality Control: Strictly monitor the quality of incoming FFB, ensuring compliance with established company specifications.
* External and Internal Quality Assurance: Validate the quality of both internal company-grown and externally sourced FFB.
* Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate daily sortation reports and comprehensive recaps.
* Facility Maintenance: Ensure that the sortation area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this vital role, candidates must demonstrate the following credentials:
1. Educational Background: Hold a D4 or S1 degree in Engineering, Agriculture, or Agronomy with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
2. Professional Experience: Proven track record of at least two years working as an Assistant Sortasi or in a comparable quality control capacity.
3. Physical and Mental Health: Must be in excellent physical and mental condition.
4. Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed at our plantation sites in Kalimantan or Sumatra.
