## 1. Production Operator
The Production Operator ensures that manufacturing processes—ranging from granulation and tableting to packaging—are executed efficiently while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
* Monitor individual Balance Score Card (BSC) performance.
* Execute production steps according to GMP/CPOB and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) standards.
* Manage specific unit operations including dispensing, granulation, tableting, coating, primary/secondary packing, and equipment sanitization.
* Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or D3.
* Must not be color blind and must be free of infectious diseases.
* Experience in a pharmaceutical plant or holding a relevant certificate (SIO) is a distinct advantage.
* Willingness to work in a shift system and maintain excellent physical health.
## 2. Semisolid Junior Operator
This role focuses on the precise processing of raw materials into semisolid products, ensuring strict adherence to production schedules and quality protocols.
* Prepare and maintain production machinery and supporting equipment.
* Perform thorough sanitization of work areas and equipment before and after every production run.
* Ensure all mixing and filling processes meet established quality and time targets.
* Minimum education of SMA/SMK in any field.
## 3. Semisolid Novice Worker
The Novice Worker is responsible for the final stages of production, ensuring that finished goods are properly boxed, sealed, and weighed.
* Implement packaging procedures to meet specific quality requirements.
* Coordinate with the warehouse for the timely receipt of secondary packaging materials.
* Manage equipment maintenance to ensure continuous and efficient output.
* Minimum SMA/SMK education.
* At least one year of experience as a Packer in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
## 4. Production Officer
The Production Officer provides leadership and oversight across the entire production cycle, ensuring that planning, resource allocation, and quality standards are fully realized.
* Plan machine and human resources to meet weekly production targets.
* Develop and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with evolving CPOB regulations.
* Troubleshoot production deviations and implement corrective actions.
* Manage team development and maintain professional collaboration with internal departments.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Pharmacy or Pharmacist certification (Apoteker).
* Entry-level graduates are welcome; however, one year of experience is preferred.
* Comprehensive knowledge of CPOB, CPOTB, and GLP.
* Strong leadership, communication, and coordination capabilities.
## 5. Production Engineer
The Production Engineer plays a vital role in technical stability, ensuring that all production machinery operates at peak efficiency through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
* Conduct preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
* Manage spare parts inventory and technical documentation.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives and enforce safety standards (5R).
* D3 degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Minimum of two years of professional experience in industrial machinery engineering.
