Candidate Requirements
To qualify for these roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Personal Profile: Male, maximum 27 years old, with a minimum height of 165 cm.
* Academic Background:
* For Agronomy roles: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Soil Science, Agrotechnology, or Plantation Cultivation.
* For Traction/Mill Engineering roles: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Agricultural Product Processing Engineering.
* Professional Readiness: Must be a fresh graduate who is willing to commit to an intensive training program and a three-year service bond.
* Practical Experience: Prior internship experience within an oil palm plantation environment is highly preferred.
* Availability: Must be prepared to join the company at the earliest opportunity.
