* Vision Standards: Candidates must have clear, non-impaired vision, specifically including no color blindness and no corrective lens requirements.
* Lifestyle Requirements: Candidates must be non-smokers.
* Technical Certification: Proficiency in forklift operation is mandatory, supported by a valid and active SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) license.
