## Position Overview: Secretary & Support
PT Danareksa Sekuritas is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Secretary & Support Specialist to join the executive team. This role serves as the backbone of daily operations, ensuring seamless communication and administrative efficiency for the SEVP or Division Head.
Core Responsibilities
Successful candidates will handle a diverse range of administrative and executive support tasks, including:
* Executive Schedule Management: Oversee meeting and non-meeting agendas for the SEVP or Division Head, coordinating seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
* Meeting Logistics: Prepare comprehensive meeting requirements, encompassing room setups, technical equipment, catering reservations, and material distribution.
* Correspondence Control: Manage the complete document lifecycle—from receiving and drafting to routing for approvals and disseminating finalized reports and letters.
* Frontline Communication: Act as the primary point of contact by screening calls, managing correspondence, and greeting high-profile clients and visitors with utmost professionalism.
* Business Travel & Personal Support: Coordinate comprehensive business travel itineraries and manage administrative needs related to executive workflows.
* Operational Oversight: Monitor administrative workflows, track operational progress, and draft periodic reports as mandated by management.
* General Administration: Execute additional secretarial duties and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
## Candidate Qualifications
