## Current Vacancies
We are currently seeking dedicated, high-performing individuals to join our team in the following capacities:
1. Legal Staff
As a Legal Staff member, you will play a pivotal role in managing our corporate legal health and securing the integrity of our assets.
* Manage land acquisition processes, including coordination with local government, landowners, and the ATR/BPN office.
* Ensure all property assets meet "clear and clean" standards.
* Draft, review, and revise essential legal documentation, including contracts and addendums.
* Provide legal counsel for business units during contract negotiations with vendors and partners.
* Conduct thorough legal research and due diligence for corporate actions and acquisitions.
* Maintain the legal standing of the company and its subsidiaries while overseeing new subsidiary formations.
* Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in corporate law or a Notary/PPAT office.
* Proficiency in agrarian law, business law, and land acquisition procedures.
* Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
* Advocate license is considered a significant advantage.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
* Willingness to travel for business and a commitment to integrating into the BUMN (AKHLAK) corporate culture.
2. Risk Management Staff
Our Risk Management team is responsible for protecting the organization's assets by identifying and mitigating potential operational and financial vulnerabilities.
* Develop and maintain the company’s risk register.
* Prepare comprehensive risk management reports and performance analytics for executive leadership.
* Monitor ongoing risk outcomes and conduct rigorous evaluations.
* Utilize descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive statistics to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in asset assessment, business risk, or corporate risk management.
* Solid understanding of PER-2/MBU/03/2023 regulations concerning Risk Management.
* Professional certification such as CRMO or CFA is highly preferred.
* Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
* A collaborative spirit with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
* A proactive learner eager to adapt to the fast-paced BUMN work environment.
