## 1. Management Trainee (External)
As a Management Trainee, you will be at the heart of our operations, learning the intricacies of running a successful restaurant.
* Manage food preparation, service quality, sanitation protocols, and safety standards.
* Oversee shift finances and perform end-of-shift reporting.
* Supervise and lead team members to ensure operational efficiency.
* Resolve customer complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction.
* Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
* Manage company assets and ensure precise inventory control.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
* Prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a significant advantage.
* Proficiency in computer operations.
* Proven experience in organizational leadership.
* Strong ability to perform under pressure.
* High levels of integrity, responsibility, and loyalty.
* Must be willing to be stationed at any of our outlets across Indonesia.
## 2. Payroll Staff
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to ensure our employees are compensated accurately and on time.
* Verify payroll data and perform accurate salary calculations.
* Manage all social security (BPJS) administrative processes.
* Update salary records in accordance with position changes.
* Maintain accurate attendance-based records and adhere strictly to payment timelines.
* Administer and maintain the HRIS system with high precision.
* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree.
* Minimum of one year of experience in payroll (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Comprehensive understanding of BPJS TK and Healthcare regulations.
* Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and a keen eye for detail.
* Must be available to join immediately.
## 3. Warehouse Manager
The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in our supply chain, ensuring that our ingredients and materials are stored and managed correctly.
* Oversee the storage of goods received from distributors.
* Inspect shipments for quality, reporting any damaged or defective items immediately.
* Maintain inventory integrity and optimal storage conditions.
* Assign tasks and manage the daily responsibilities of warehouse staff.
* Control the flow of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring meticulous documentation.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
* Minimum High School (SLTA/SMK) or equivalent education.
* Minimum of three years of professional experience as a Warehouse Manager.
* Physically and mentally fit.
* Demonstrable honesty, high responsibility, and meticulousness.
* Residency in North Jakarta or Tangerang is preferred.
