## General Requirements and Qualifications
To maintain our high standards of operational efficiency, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Industry Experience: Prior experience in the mineral mining sector is strongly preferred.
* Professional Tenure: A minimum of five years of relevant experience at the same level is required for Supervisor roles and above; at least three years of experience is required for Staff positions.
* Financial Expertise: Candidates for positions 4-6 and 14 must demonstrate proficiency in financial reporting and cost analysis.
* Cost Management: Roles 6 and 14 require a deep understanding of COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and COGM (Cost of Goods Manufactured).
* Technical Skills:
* Position 4 requires a background in external auditing.
* Position 8 requires proficiency in AutoCAD for road construction.
* Position 12 requires specific experience in finance and logistics.
* Position 7 requires business-level fluency in Mandarin.
* Regional Preference: For position 17, candidates residing in Sulawesi are prioritized.
