## Recruitment Intern Position
We are currently seeking a motivated Recruitment Intern to support our growing People and Culture team. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a high-growth environment.
Core Responsibilities
* End-to-End Recruitment: Actively participate in the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier candidates.
* Employer Branding: Contribute to initiatives that elevate our market presence and attract industry-leading talent to our team.
* Operational Support: Assist with essential general administrative duties to ensure the efficiency of the Human Resources department.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates from Psychology or related fields. Final-year students who have completed their coursework and are ready for full-time availability are also encouraged to apply.
* Dynamic Mindset: An energetic professional with a commitment to continuous learning and rapid skill acquisition.
* Communication Excellence: Strong interpersonal abilities and clear communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
* Technical Aptitude: Previous experience or familiarity with Canva for branding purposes is highly advantageous.
* Experience: Prior exposure to recruitment processes or employer branding projects is preferred.
* Availability: Must be able to commit to an internship period of at least three months.
