## Current Career Openings
We are currently expanding our exploration team and seeking dedicated professionals to join our operations at the Musi Rawas Utara site in South Sumatra.
1. Junior Geologist
As a Junior Geologist, you will play a critical role in executing our exploration roadmap and ensuring data integrity.
* Execute exploration phases including geological mapping, drilling oversight, geophysical logging, coal sampling, and technical reporting.
* Conduct detailed descriptions of drilling samples and maintain accurate drill logs.
* Perform geophysical logging interpretations.
* Manage and maintain the comprehensive drilling database.
* Coordinate seamlessly with the broader exploration team while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
* Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
* Proficiency in coal geological mapping, drilling, sample handling, database management, and borehole correlation.
* Willingness to be stationed at the Musi Rawas Utara site, South Sumatra.
2. Exploration Geologist
The Exploration Geologist will oversee complex geological projects, ensuring that all activities align with industry regulations and company excellence standards.
* Plan, execute, and supervise end-to-end exploration activities, including mapping, drilling, and geophysical analysis.
* Execute coal seam correlation and interpret geological data.
* Develop accurate geological models for coal resources.
* Manage, validate, and secure the geological database.
* Coordinate with internal support teams and external stakeholders.
* Ensure all exploration activities strictly follow established procedures and regulatory requirements.
* Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in coal exploration.
* Advanced expertise in geological modeling, resource estimation, and technical reporting.
Certified with a Pengawas Pertambangan* (POP or POM) qualification.
* Willingness to be stationed at the Musi Rawas Utara site, South Sumatra.
