Available Positions
* Maintenance Operator: Focused on technical infrastructure and system uptime.
* Production Operator: Focused on precision assembly and operational efficiency.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for these roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Age and Education: Maximum 22 years old. Must hold a vocational high school (SMK) diploma relevant to the specific role:
For Maintenance:* Automotive Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
For Production:* Computer Network Engineering (TKJ), Office Administration, or Accounting.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or those with up to one year of experience. Candidates must not be currently enrolled in university.
* Physical Standards: Minimum height of 165 cm for men and 155 cm for women.
* Health Requirements: Physically and mentally fit, no color blindness, and must not wear glasses.
* Personal Attributes: Excellent character, strong communication skills, and a genuine eagerness to learn.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts and be deployed according to the operational requirements of the company.
