## Role Overview: HRGA Japanese Speaker
The HRGA Japanese Speaker plays a pivotal role in bridging communication between our local staff and Japanese expatriates while overseeing critical administrative and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Translation and Interpretation: Serve as the primary point of contact for consecutive and simultaneous interpretation during management meetings, audits, training sessions, and daily operations. Translate essential documents, including technical reports, SOPs, contracts, and presentations.
* Meeting Management: Document and prepare meeting minutes in both Indonesian and Japanese, ensuring clear communication across departments.
* Operational Support: Accompany management during floor observations and production site visits to facilitate seamless communication.
* General Affairs Management: Oversee security and driver personnel, manage operational vehicle maintenance and scheduling, and ensure the upkeep of company infrastructure.
* Expatriate Administration: Handle complex administrative tasks regarding expatriate compliance, including visa processing, work permits, and legal documentation.
* Industrial Relations: Assist the HR department in executing industrial relations tasks to maintain a harmonious workplace.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Literature, Law, Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Language Proficiency: Certification of JLPT N3 (minimum). Fluency in both written and spoken Japanese and English is mandatory.
* Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, as well as procedures for handling foreign worker permits (TKA) and corporate legal documentation.
* Experience: Preference given to candidates with at least one year of relevant professional experience.
* Practical Skills: Must possess a valid Driver’s License (SIM A) and demonstrate proficiency in operating a four-wheeled vehicle.
* Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proven capacity to work within a multicultural team.
## Compensation and Benefits
* Salary Range: IDR 7,600,000 – IDR 10,000,000 per month.
