1. HRD Manager
As our HRD Manager, you will oversee human resource operations, employee relations, and talent management to ensure our workforce remains productive, engaged, and fully compliant with current labor regulations.
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law or Psychology.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working in an HRD capacity.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, proven team management capabilities, and a thorough understanding of Indonesian employment regulations, including the Omnibus Law on Job Creation (UU Cipta Kerja) and general labor laws.
* Location: Must be domiciled in Gresik.
2. Business Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Business Manager to lead employee operations, design forward-thinking corporate strategies, manage daily business workflows, and cultivate strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related discipline.
* Professional Experience: Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a management role.

3. Driver Supervisor (SPV Driver)

* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of direct experience working as a professional driver or transport coordinator.
* Core Competencies: Strong communication skills, natural leadership abilities, excellent team management, and a genuine passion for vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
* Licensing & Location: Must possess at least a valid Class B1 Driver’s License (SIM B1) and reside in the Gresik or Surabaya area.
