1. Reclamation Monitoring Control Group Leader
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Agriculture, or Environmental Engineering.
* Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in land reclamation. Must be proficient in mapping software (ArcGIS, AutoCAD, QGIS). Deep understanding of silviculture, nursery management, and plot inventory is essential. Candidates should possess knowledge of forestry and energy/mineral regulations.
2. Port Loading Group Leader
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mining, Geological, or Civil Engineering.
* Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Must be capable of managing heavy equipment operations, stockpile logistics, and coal port loading processes. A valid SIM A driver’s license is required.
3. Finance Administrator
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Accounting.
* Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in finance. Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and proficient in managing payment vouchers, debt ledgers, journals, and filing systems. Candidates residing in South Kalimantan are preferred.
4. Jr. Geotechnical Engineering

* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mining, Civil, or Geological Engineering.
* Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in mining geotechnical monitoring. Familiarity with monitoring tools like radar, prisms, inclinometers, and extensometers is necessary. Candidates holding a POP certificate and a valid SIM A license are preferred.
6. PPKH & DAS Group Leader
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Geodesy, Geography, or Agriculture.
* Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in PPKH (Forest Area Borrow-to-Use Permit) and DAS (Watershed) management. Must be proficient in mapping software, aerial photo interpretation, and government reporting systems (SIPUHH/SIGANISHUT).
7. Legal Land Acquisition Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law.
