## Essential Candidate Qualifications
To ensure the safety and efficiency of our international voyages, all applicants must meet the following professional criteria:
1. Professional Experience: A minimum of three years of documented experience in the same rank specifically on Oil/Chemical Tanker vessels.
2. Certification Standards: Must hold valid STCW 2010 certificates with at least 18 months of remaining validity.
3. Vetting Expertise: Proven track record and proficiency in handling SIRE and vetting inspections.
4. Documentation: Applicants must possess a valid passport and an active seaman’s book.
5. Communication Skills: Fluency in professional English, both written and verbal, is mandatory for international operational coordination.
6. Physical and Professional Suitability: Candidates must be medically fit and demonstrate a professional, safety-oriented attitude.
