As part of our ongoing growth in the Cikarang region, we are currently seeking a motivated and highly skilled Finance, Accounting, and Tax Staff to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated professional who thrives in a manufacturing environment and is eager to contribute to our financial operations.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Management from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a Finance, Accounting, or Tax role within the manufacturing sector.
* Language Proficiency: A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential; fluency in the Japanese language is considered a significant advantage.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is required.
* Certifications: Candidates must possess active Brevet A/B/C certifications.
* Age Limit: Maximum age of 30 years old.
* Location: Willing to be stationed at our facility in Cikarang, West Java.
Core Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our financial data and supporting the company’s fiscal health through the following duties:
1. Cost Analysis: Monitor and analyze the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM).
2. Financial Reporting: Perform thorough reviews of internal financial statements.
3. Transaction Management: Maintain accurate records for all accounts payable and receivable.
4. Documentation: Prepare and process receipts, invoices, checks, and other necessary financial documentation.
5. Cash Management: Execute bank reconciliations and manage petty cash disbursements efficiently.
6. Tax Compliance: Calculate, prepare, and submit all tax-related filings in accordance with local regulations.
7. Asset Control: Maintain and update fixed asset records and internal control systems.
