## Available Graduate Development Program Tracks and Qualifications

1. Environment Department
* Role Summary: Ensure the implementation of environmental management systems in compliance with AMDAL/ESIA, ISO 14001, and internal biodiversity codes. Conduct microbiological and tissue culture management, flora and fauna rescue monitoring, forest rehabilitation, and timely environmental reporting.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Environment, Biology, Forestry, Natural Resource Management, or equivalent.
* Familiarity with AMDAL, RKL-RPL, and Forest Rehabilitation.
* Knowledge of environmental microbiology and laboratory analysis is a strong advantage.
