1. Civil Engineer
This role is ideal for those with a strong technical background and a passion for large-scale project execution.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
* Proficiency in structural calculations, including foundations, concrete structures, and steel structures (experience with road and drainage design is an added advantage).
* High level of expertise in Microsoft Office, ETABS, SAP 2000, STAAD.PRO, and AutoCAD.
* Ability to read and interpret complex civil engineering documentation.
* Strong communication skills, including proficiency in written and spoken English.
* Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and teamwork skills.
* Willingness to work hard, maintain high disciplinary standards, and operate effectively under pressure.
* Must be willing to be stationed at project sites in Tobelo, North Maluku, or Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara.
2. Architect Engineer
We are seeking a detail-oriented Architect Engineer to support our high-standard construction initiatives.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architect Engineer, particularly in EPC projects (experience with PLN-related projects is highly preferred).
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Naviswork, and Revit.
* Possession of STRA (Architect Registration Certificate) or SKA is preferred.
* In-depth understanding of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) and architectural laws/regulations.
* Proven ability to produce Architectural Material Take Off (MTO), Requisitions, and TBE.
* Proficiency in interpreting civil and architectural engineering documents.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
* Ability to perform under pressure and thrive within a collaborative team environment.
* Must be willing to be stationed at project sites in Tobelo, North Maluku, or Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara.
