NICU/Perinatal Coordinator Requirements
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Ners).
* Certification: Must possess an active Nursing Registration Certificate (STR) and relevant certifications, including NICU training and BTCLS (Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support).
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an NICU Head Nurse or staff nurse in an NICU/PICU setting.
* Competencies: Exceptional leadership, communication skills, and comprehensive knowledge of ward management.
Inpatient Nursing Coordinator Requirements
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Ners).
* Certification: Must possess an active Nursing Registration Certificate (STR) and an active BTCLS certificate. Completion of Ward Management training is highly preferred.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Unit Head or Inpatient Coordinator.
* Skills: Proven managerial capabilities, the ability to thrive both independently and within a multidisciplinary team, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
