Production and Warehouse Roles
1. Production Assistant (Talent Pool)
* Minimum education: High school (SMA/SMK) in any major.
* Physical requirements: Minimum height of 160 cm for men and 148 cm for women.
* Availability: Must be willing to work in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) and be flexible regarding placement in Majalengka, Rancaekek, or Cicalengka.
2. Warehouse Assistant
* Minimum education: High school (SMA/SMK) in any major.
* Physical requirements: Minimum height of 160 cm for men.
* Availability: Must be willing to work in rotating shifts and be stationed in Majalengka.
3. Production Waste Handling Assistant
* Minimum education: High school (SMA/SMK) in any major.
* Requirements: Minimum height of 160 cm for men; holding a valid Driver’s License (SIM A) and driving experience is highly preferred.
* Availability: Must be willing to work in rotating shifts and be stationed in Majalengka.
Technical and Specialized Positions
4. Maintenance Technician
* Education: SMK/SMA in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
* Requirements: Minimum height of 160 cm for men; prior experience as a technician in food manufacturing is preferred.
* Availability: Must be available for shift work and stationed in Majalengka or Rancaekek.
5. Quality Control
* Education: SMK/SMA in Science, Chemical Analysis, Industrial Chemistry, or Culinary Arts.
* Requirements: Minimum height of 160 cm for men and 148 cm for women.
* Availability: Must be available for shift work and stationed in Majalengka.
6. CCTV Operator
* Education: SMK in Computer Network Engineering (TKJ), Electronics, Electrical, Audio/Video, Informatics, or Information Systems.
* Requirements: Minimum height of 160 cm for men and 148 cm for women.
* Availability: Must be available for shift work and stationed in Majalengka.
Administrative and Specialized Operational Roles
7. Admin (Non-Staff)
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.
* Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong communication skills; capable of working both independently and in a team.
* Placement: Available for Majalengka and Rancaekek.
8. Beverage Production Operator
* Education: SMK/SMA in any major.
* Requirements: Minimum height 160 cm (men); experience with bottled beverage manufacturing and operating UHT/Combi Blowing-Filling machines is required.
* Placement: Majalengka.
9. Maintenance Technician (Beverage)
* Education: SMK/SMA in any major.
* Requirements: Minimum height 160 cm (men); proven experience maintaining upstream and downstream machinery in a beverage facility.
* Placement: Majalengka.
10. Truck Driver (Hino Ranger)
* Education: SMK/SMA in any major.
* Requirements: Minimum height 160 cm (men); must possess a valid SIM BII Umum and have relevant distribution experience.
