## Current Job Openings
We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill the following roles:
1. Production Operator – Forming
This role is critical to our glass block manufacturing line, ensuring the transformation of molten glass into high-quality finished products.
* Responsibilities: Managing the C3 glass block forming process, monitoring for potential production defects, implementing quality and environmental standards, and participating in ongoing professional development.
* Qualifications:
* Male, minimum SMK graduate.
* At least 1 year of experience as a production operator.
* Basic computer literacy.
* Minimum height of 165 cm with proportional weight.
* Must be comfortable working in a high-temperature, dusty, and noisy environment.
* Willingness to work in shifts and based in Cikarang.
2. Production Operator – Packing
Join our team to ensure our finished goods are expertly packed and ready for delivery.
* Responsibilities: Operating palletizer and shrink-wrap machinery to ensure optimal packaging efficiency and product safety, maintaining quality/environmental systems, and engaging in continuous improvement initiatives.
* Qualifications:
* Male, minimum SMK graduate.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in production operations.
* Computer literate.
* Minimum height of 165 cm with proportional weight.
* Adaptable to hot, dusty, and loud industrial settings.
* Ability to work shifts at our Cikarang facility.
3. Production Operator – Screen Printing
This role involves the manual handling and packaging of printed glass products, ensuring every item meets our high shipping standards.
* Responsibilities: Coordinating manual packaging for the printing and packing line, maintaining rigorous quality standards, and contributing to team development.
* Qualifications:
* Male, minimum SMK graduate.
* At least 1 year of previous production experience.
* Able to operate computers.
* Minimum height of 165 cm with proportional weight.
* Must be prepared for a shift-based role in a hot, dusty, and noisy industrial environment in Cikarang.
4. Production Unit Head – Screen Printing
We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee the efficiency and quality of our bottle printing production line.
* Responsibilities: Supervising production budgets, managing overtime costs, overseeing screen manufacturing and printing processes, ensuring proper packaging of finished products, and leading employee development programs.
* Qualifications:
* Male, minimum D3 degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Unit Head.
* Must have clear vision (not color blind and must not wear prescription glasses).
* Willingness to work in a challenging environment with heat, dust, and noise.
* Placement: Cikarang.
