Since our inception in 2005, we have established ourselves as a leader in sustainable palm oil cultivation and processing, with extensive plantations and refining facilities across Central Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, West Kalimantan, and Papua.
We are officially opening applications for our prestigious 2024 Management Trainee Program, designed to cultivate future leaders through intensive technical and managerial training.
## Specialized Management Trainee Tracks
We offer three distinct career paths tailored to specific academic backgrounds. Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training to master operations within their respective fields:
* Estate Assistant Trainee (EAT): Ideal for graduates specializing in Agrotechnology, Plant Cultivation, Agribusiness, Forestry, or Soil Science.
* Traction Assistant Trainee (TAT): Designed for those with a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Light Vehicle Engineering, or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
* Administration Assistant Trainee (AAT): Suited for candidates with degrees in Accounting or Business Management.
## Eligibility and Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of professional development, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in relevant fields.
* Academic Performance: A minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00.
* Character: Candidates must demonstrate high integrity, professional intelligence, and a strong work ethic.
## Recruitment Schedule and Testing Locations
We are conducting recruitment drives across multiple cities to identify top talent. Our upcoming recruitment session in Palembang is scheduled as follows:
* Host Institution: Universitas Sriwijaya, Palembang
* Venue: Magister Management Building, 3rd Floor, Bukit Besar, Palembang
* Date: Friday, September 20, 2024
Additional testing locations, including Medan, Pekanbaru, Yogyakarta, and Jambi, will be announced in due course.
