We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our "BEST PLANTERS" Management Trainee program. This initiative is designed to groom the next generation of leaders who will drive the future of our plantation operations. We are inviting applicants for various specialized roles:
Available Positions and Requirements
1. Assistant Planter: Minimum D3/S1 degree in Agriculture, Plantation, Forestry, or Agricultural Technology.
2. Mill Assistant: Minimum D3/S1 degree in Agricultural Technology, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
3. Infrastructure Assistant: Minimum D3/S1 degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
4. Controller Assistant: Minimum D3/S1 degree in Agriculture, Plantation, Forestry, or Agricultural Technology.
5. HRD Staff: Minimum D3/S1 degree in any major.
6. GA Staff: Minimum D3/S1 degree in any major.
7. EHS Staff: Minimum D3/S1 degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Public Health.
8. Procurement Staff: Minimum D3/S1 degree in Accounting or Business Management.
9. Trading Staff: Minimum D3/S1 degree in Management.
## General Candidate Requirements
To be considered for these opportunities, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Experience: Open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our regional operational sites, including Central Kalimantan, North Sumatra, or Southeast Sulawesi.
