## Available Positions at PT Putra Perkasa Abadi
1. Group Leader Fuel
The Group Leader Fuel is responsible for managing the end-to-end distribution of bio-diesel. This role involves overseeing fuel stations, monitoring vendor receipts, and coordinating supply to the Production Department.
* Qualifications: High school graduate (Science or Social studies).
* Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in a similar role; holding a POP certification is mandatory.
* Key Skills: Proficiency in Fuel Management Systems or ERP software, ability to manage fuel storage safety, and expertise in maintaining accurate inventory reporting.
2. Group Leader Purchasing
This role focuses on optimizing procurement processes by ensuring cost-efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of operational site needs.
* Qualifications: Diploma (D3) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Requirements: 2–3 years of experience.
* Key Skills: Strong understanding of K3PLM (Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, experience in vendor evaluation, and advanced proficiency in managing purchase orders and invoices.
3. Group Leader General Service
You will oversee office administration, accommodation (mess) facilities, and general logistics to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for employees and guests.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Hospitality.
* Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in Housekeeping, MEP, or Infrastructure management.
* Key Skills: Exceptional administrative management, experience with facility maintenance databases, and strong interpersonal service skills.
4. Group Leader Transportation
Responsible for the strategic planning and management of vehicle fleets and driver schedules to ensure operational mobility.
* Qualifications: High school graduate (Science).
* Requirements: 2–3 years of relevant experience in fleet management.
5. Group Leader Production
This position focuses on leading high-productivity mining operations and site activities.
* Qualifications: High school graduate (Science or Social studies).
* Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in a production-oriented role.
6. Group Leader Support Equipment (Maintenance)
You will manage the maintenance and repair of support units, including water trucks, lube trucks, fuel trucks, and hauling road maintenance equipment.
* Qualifications: Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical, Heavy Equipment, or Automotive Engineering.
* Requirements: 3 years of experience in a similar role; POP certification is required.
* Key Skills: Ability to create lifting plans, proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office, and technical knowledge of manpower and plant operation management. Certification as a Lifting Supervisor or Rigger is highly preferred.
