## Position Overview: CSR Program Manager
BMM is looking for an innovative and results-driven individual to oversee and elevate its corporate social responsibility initiatives. As the CSR Program Manager, you will spearhead impactful community development projects, manage stakeholder relations, and ensure adherence to international sustainability standards.

## Specific Qualifications

* Professional Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in CSR program management, community empowerment, or operating within social institutions, including facilitating training sessions and workshops.
* Analytical Skills: Proven background in conducting social assessments, baseline surveys, Social Return on Investment (SROI) analyses, or social impact research (considered a strong advantage).
* Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of sustainability principles, ISO 26000 guidelines, and corporate CSR performance indicators.
* Network & Relations: An extensive professional network encompassing corporations and key stakeholders will serve as a distinct advantage.
* Administrative Acumen: Adept at drafting proposals, comprehensive program reports, and regulatory documentation tailored to partner requirements.
* Program Design: Competent in formulating research-backed, participatory-approach program designs.
