## Current Vacancy: Field Operator – Water Waste Plant (WWTP)
PT Energi Oleo Persada, a key entity under the KPN Corp umbrella, is currently seeking a dedicated Field Operator to oversee our Water Waste Treatment Plant operations in Tanjung Morawa, Deli Serdang.
Core Responsibilities
The Field Operator plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our water management systems. Key duties include:
* Data Management: Accurately recording chemical consumption levels and monitoring influent/effluent water volume.
* Quality Control: Executing professional sampling procedures for laboratory testing to ensure compliance.
* Operational Oversight: Continuously monitoring the performance of all WWTP machinery and equipment.
* Site Maintenance: Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the designated work area.
* Safety Adherence: Strictly enforcing industrial safety protocols and standards within the facility.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following profile:
* Education: A minimum Diploma (D3) degree in an Engineering discipline.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in WWTP operations; however, highly motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of industrial K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
* Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, reliable, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Availability: Must be able to join the team immediately and willing to be stationed in Tanjung Morawa.
* Local Residency: Priority will be given to candidates residing in the Deli Serdang-Medan area.
