Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this career-defining opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in any field with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75.
* Mobility: Must be willing to engage in frequent field-based work, including regular travel to engage with rubber farmers.
* Work Ethic: Demonstrate high levels of personal discipline, a proactive mindset, and a strong passion for field operations.
* Soft Skills: Possess excellent leadership, interpersonal communication, and negotiation abilities.
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Commitment: Willing to undergo a 6-month intensive on-the-job training program and adhere to a 2-year service bond following the training period.
* Placement: Must be prepared for assignment at any of our manufacturing facilities across Sumatra and Kalimantan.
